IPO Windows and Home changed the way my family looks at home improvement companies. We needed our basement finished, but budgeted for the project in sections. All other companies refused to take on the job, but IPO did not. They came out, sat down with us and listened. They allowed us to schedule the project based on our finances. It was a breath of fresh air. Half of the basement was fully completed (electrically, flooring, painting, everything). We were so pleased with their work; we had them also paint our 2 story foyer and second floor hall. Clean, quick, and precise. What more can you ask? IPO considers the customer first! And their flexibility and excellent customer service makes them a game changer! Next will be Windows, and I expect to be just as pleased as I have been on all my other projects.

I can't believe how simple and painless the process was. From the online quote to the day of install, there was absolute no pressure salesman to deal with and the windows are more than I could've thought I could get for me budget. I will be using them to replace my doors when the time comes.

Reggie was quite professional, and the he workmanship is quality. However, they were supposed to leave the connectors for the alarm system exposed for the security company but did not - now we have no option but to spend extra money ($700) on a new wireless security system for a house that is already wired for security.
