I had Jim Harney and crew remove a very large oak tree from my back yard. They did an excellent job. However, Jim had told me that I could keep most of the limps for future firewood. He did not leave any. When I brought it to his attention, he said he would drop off some wood to my house, he did not. When they were getting ready to leave the crane operator hit my basketball backboard, if I hadn't yelled at him and hit his truck to get his attention, he would have destroyed the backboard, pole, and everything else. As it was, he bent the backboard and cracked it in the middle. When I told him he hit it he just shrugged. I mentioned it to Jim and he said,at least he didn't damage it. I told him he did and he shrugged also. Neither person even had the decency to apologize. To summarize; professionally they were great, ethically not so much.
