Americas Best Concrete

Owner came to my home to give quote. He said he would show up Friday no show he said he would come on Saturday no show showed up Monday with all kind of excuses promising to to everything I requested. Americas Best Concrete did not complete the job when I said I was withholding a portion of the funds he threatened to put a contractors lien on my house. After speaking with a lawyer I was advised just pay him it's not worth the Hassle taking him to court. Was also advised he probably does this a lot. Just wanted to post this review to warn potential homeowners looking for concrete work. Very shady business practice.
