I contracted Ray to install a kitchen that I purchased he came right out gave me a quote and even though he wasn't the cheapest I decided to go with him. He installed the kitchen and did not leave enough room for the stove to fit in I sent him a text and told him of the issue and asked him to fix it. He stated he was on a job in Syracuse and would call me when he was done. 4 days and 3 text messages later he has disappeared! Though I didn't bring it up to him he did a horrible job cutting out my sink in to my counters. I will be contacting BCB and the better business to lodge a complaint. I will have to find a reputable contractor to fix this. Don't use him!!
