Unique Landscaping

I have had Unique Lawn Service do my yard in 2017 and 2018. It was done so perfectly I want it done from Unique Lawn Service this year, 2019 also. It only had to be done once each year, because it was done beautifully. Trimming tree, Laurel pruning, removing grass and adding bark, much weeding and cleaning ivy up. It was just how I wanted, and I only had to do a little maintenance on the yard throughout the rest of the year both times. I look forward to it being done this year too.

Endless excuses and failed to show up to 3 dates to complete the work. I had taken a day off of work to help facilitate. No or very delayed responses and poor bidding and business practice. He seems knowledgeable about plants and yard care but doesn't seem very interested in getting work or delivering on promises. I've been a Network Engineer and IT Consultant for close to 15 years now and I've never seen such poor communication with clients. I've wasted 3 weeks dealing with this guy and could have easily had all the work I needed completed by now.
