I had been using this company for almost 20 years. They where great at first but as the time passed the knowledgeable and responsible staff were slowly replaced with a sub par crew of people that went from bad to worse. It went from being unprepared, always having to make multiple trips to the house and never having the parts on hand. To always leaving a mess behind, getting me to do the work instead, and not able to do simple electrical tracing. One guy couldn't even find the pump switch. I guess he couldn't think of following the power supply wire. Anyway... We had spent over twenty thousand dollars over the years with this company. We had them resurface the pool, replace the tile, and replace the heater. We also bought a pool robot, chemicals and had them do heater maintenance, pool lights etc. I thought that being a loyal customer and developing relations was important, and company's will have their ups and downs so, I stuck with them. Until they almost burned down our house. I hired them to fix the pool heater. A heater that they alone had been doing maintenance on and had originally installed. they were supposed to replace a part in the heater that stops the heater from over heating. That night the heater overheated. It started an electrical fire which caught the fence on fire. Just by luck we saw the fire and put it out before It burned into the house and garage. Yes it gets worse. I called the next morning and eventually got a call from arron, who I believe is the owner. I told him what happened and he acted very concerned and assured me that everything would be taken care of. Not. He sent the same tech that was responsible for the fire to investigate it ! That made no sense. The guy did nothing. He took the heater apart, looked at it, and left. After that it became very difficult to reach arron. He didn't return emails or phone calls and went into full ass cover mode. Long story longer. At this point they decide not to take responsibility for anything and try to come up with all sorts of alternate theories why the fire started. Remember. They were hired specifically to STOP the heater from overheating. So..... after weeks on end arron eventually got a free heater from the heater company and had the fire starting tech hook up the plumbing. And get this! That tech refused to hook up the electrical wires that go to new the heater. I wonder why???Over Three thousand dollars later. I have had a new fence built and painted, and all the electrical lines that melted that go to the garage, work shop and heater replaced. All the things I was assured would be taken care of. Funny thing is, the pool is do for another resurface soon, and the light fixtures also need to be replaced. Thats probably fifteen to twenty thousand dollars. Instead of doing the right thing and keeping their word they lost those profits, and any further profits from a once loyal customer. I guess that's how they roll. Good luck . I hope your experience it better than mine
