Should have read Porch reviews before hiring this Company. FYI address on your website is 3 years obsolete. I found 4 addresses for this company Not BBB accredited. As opposed to what my contract said : they were minus one man, arrived with a truck full of debris from another customers yard, 3 men left to empty the truck, they cut down a healthy old cedar, did not provide vendor to haul away wood, wood was not cut into manageable pieces, easement road blocked with huge tree trunks, natural drainage ditch blocked with tree trunks, no chipping of limbs done, they did not cut down a tree that was leaning over my neighbors driveway. I sent a sheriff to address on invoice, they said he didn't live there, even though there was a long trailer used to haul long logs in the yard. I also sent 3 certified letters to the other addresses, they came back unclaimed or NKA, I am sure the small claims court judge has seen this story before. The judge ruled in my favor immediately..

Consumers Beware. I hired Pacific Coast Contractors and All-Around Tree Care on August 11th 2022. these two companies are a father and son operation that share workers. The actual tree cutting was average at best. The clean-up of their mess was left for my wife and I to handle. There was damage to my home and Stan promised that they had insurance and would handle all damages quickly. After many calls and text messages, the damage was not repaired, and my request were ignored. I was finally left to contact the better business bureau, Jesse Jones Kiro 7 news, Attorney General's office/ consumer protection offices and a small claims Attorney to warn others of the shoddy work ethic of these two companies.

Yes, it's difficult and dangerous work--and they showed up and worked hard...but they didn't complete the job properly. They left many large branches as well as piles of general debris. When I contacted them about this, they promised they would come back and finish the job. But they didn't; so I repeated the call. Again, I was assured someone would be out. My husband called the following week, and once again we were promised that the debris would be picked up. After three to four weeks, we came to the conclusion they weren't that interested in making a final good impression... once they had their money, their concern for our project evaporated, as did their honesty. We will not use this company in the future.
