THE WATER ELF

The repair man sent to my home did a poor job at fixing my irrigation system. I had to argue with him not to cap off a water line to the house that he thought was feeding an irrigation valve. I expect these guys to know more about an irrigation system than I do! I attempted to contact the manager, only to have him argue with me over the phone, claiming his worker just "didn't know." Isn't that his job to know? Find someone else to repair your irrigation system.
