Ray LaBonte handled all the many jobs I needed done to prepare my summer cottage for sale, including roofing, siding, removing rotted portions and rebuilding, installation of wonderful new construction windows, adding to decking, revamping the support structure, installing a new hose bib, adding a vent in the attic, replacing the wrap around the bottom of the house surrounding the piers with new self venting material that also added daylight, replaced an old entry door to the crawl space under the porch with a new, larger, more easily accessible door, and so on. He kept to his budget and made every effort to keep within my limits, communicating all the way. He would suggest ways to lower costs while improving quality, and I was always pleased with the results. When the project was completed, I put it on the market, and the property closed less than six weeks later, purchased by a family with young children, and that really made me happy, because that was perfect for them! I would recommend Ray LaBonte and hope to have a job or two for him in the future at another property.

Ray has spent the last 7 months renovating our camp, and we couldn't be happier with the result. From reframing and replacing windows, to making beautiful custom cabinetry, to replacing floors, to re-screening porches, to converting a storage space into a functional room, to working on the electrical and plumbing, he has turned our fixer-upper into a wonderful summer home, just as we had hoped. He's professional and timely - he kept to our budget, and suggested ways we could cut costs. He carried out every design suggestion and gave us great ideas for home improvement as well.

The jobs have been finished in a timely manner at a reasonable price. He has done a number of jobs for me including installing skylights, painting a deck & changing bathroom fixtures.
