Had a problem with a leaky washing machine in a rental I own. Called them out they said they needed to order a part. Apparently the person that came seemed completely inexperienced and didn't appear to know what he was doing, ended up cutting himself on the washing machine and bled all over the place made a real mess. Different people kept returning and returning, the person who lives at the house was told it was fixed and wasn't. Door would keep locking after being used once or twice. This wasn't even a problem before the original guy came and took a look, so they kept coming back to fix a problem that they caused. Final bill was around $800, which was almost as much as a new one would have cost. Got tired of them making appointments and not turning up, and turning up when no appointment was made. So asked for a refund and got someone else to fix it - the problem with the door was fixed first time by the new guy. Was told flat out no refund. These guys are conmen. This is aside from them installing a new HVAC and was advised they'd be the most reasonable and best in Denver. Charge seemed high at the time so I asked around, it was 50% higher than what it should have been. UPDATE. Turns out the reason the door wouldn't open after it had finished washing was that there's a mechanism to unlock the door after the cycle is finished. Someone (had to be these guys) had cut the wires.
