DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. I hired them to do a bathroom remodel project and some other miscellaneous small projects around the house. I'm in a wheelchair, and unfortunately can't do many physical projects. These guys told us it would take them a month, and it took them over 5 months. They never came back and finished the punch list items. They would tell me they would arrive every day at 9 am and often wouldn't show up till noon. My wifes works from home, so there constant delays inhibited her from working from home. They took my shop vac, my hammer, and a stepping stool from my garage, and also used some of my wedding towels for clean up. Their communication was atrocious. These guys couldn't run a lemonade stand. Hire better workers and avoid the headache that will undoubtedly come with these guys.

I agree with the previous reviewer. I would Not recommend Alex to anyone. Started strong with communication and apparent experience. We were having our hardwood floors refinished and wanted it done prior to our moving in. There were 4 days to work and though we met on day 1 the work was not started till day 3. Reasons were given and assurances made but the outcome was not sufficient. I required them to come back and finish the job, which was not really finished. The floors are passable, but I will need to add more layers of coating to really make them nice. The baseboards were marked up significantly from the sanding process and little was done to rectify that damage. There was a clean-up promise/fee that was not performed at all as significant sanding dust was found throughout as well as in my air ducts and he left multiple bags of trash and buckets for us to clean up. Communication ended once he was paid even though he promised to return. DO NOT Repeat our mistakes!

I would NOT hire this company to do any work for you. Alex and his "crew/brothers" started off really strong, good communication, stayed busy, then he experienced on and off health issues, didn't hire anybody to cover for him and stopped communicating. Now I'm out a lot of money and an unfinished job, I've had to hire an attorney. Really sad outcome, so please don't make my mistake and trust Alex to work for you.

Working with Mile High Home Solutions was an absolutely wonderful experience. They received my information and contacted me within minutes and were out the same day were extremely educated as well as very respectful. There work is next to non our floors look absolutely fantastic and they did everything they said and more. We were worried that due to the water damage in our floors they were ruined but Alex and his crew made those worries go away and made our house look beautiful again. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone and everyone.
