Virtu-Serv got most of the way through our job and then did not return. He still has not finished over a month later. Will not return phone calls or messages. We have already paid for completion of the job. Left a lockbox up at our house and left the place a mess. A simple explanation and "sorry" for being able to complete along with returning the paid balance would have sufficed. We do not appreciate the lack of response, and this has been very disappointing and unprofessional. I will add that up until this point we were happy with the work done by Virtu-Serv, and we really don't understand what happened. One of the projects pictured on this page "Maul Residence" is our house. I'd prefer not to have it featured here after the way this ended, but we can't get in touch with them.
