  | Cosentino Center Interior Paint Project | Jul 2014 | Did a full interior paint of the show room floor; a ton of prep work (laying down paper floor covering, drop cloths, taking off trim, minor wall repairs), all full interior work on office area, bathroom, and break room. For the warehouse side, major drywall repair, inside parking lot striping removal and repainting, and demising wall repaint. We used Promar 200 eggshell, drywall compound for wall repairs and paint thinner for stripping removal. We experienced problems with large holes in drywall that required us to do drywall patching, sanding and then repainting (we were not told beforehand about this). Also, large amount of concrete stuck to wall next to footing of the crane system in warehouse; we scraped it off, sanded it back smooth and then floated it with drywall compound, primed and painted; it looked brand new afterwards. | $8k | Denver, CO |
