Bad Experience with Juan Enriquez. He did not finish the job he promised he would do. He left my property dirty and when I asked him to clean it up he said he would do it another day because he was tired from the current job. He also did not do a great job on my fence and I worked with him on making it easy for him to band aid the issue. Simple things for him to do that he should have done but didn't do. Also asked for immediate even though he did not complete the job. Once he got paid he was gone and was never seen again. Ignored/Blocked all my calls and texts. I was very reasonable and made his job easy for him but for some reason he's treating me as if I did him wrong and didn't pay him. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. HAlso, his contract he wrote up he didn't follow through with it. It's a joke, the contract looks like he just created it on the spot with a lot of spelling errors. DO NOT GO WITH JUAN ENRIQUEZ AND AVOID THE HEADACHE. He also wants cash/check payments so that if you have any issues with him you can't get your money back or dispute it. * Doesn't finish the job he said he would do or promise * Doesn't do the job correctly * Once he gets paid he will vanish, even if he has more things to do. * Do not pay him until everything is completed, even if he asks for the deposit.
