STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Marcela will tell you “don’t pay attention to the bad reviews” when you call to get a quote which should have been a red flag, but sadly the bad reviews about her attitude are correct. We contacted them to completely fill our pool , Marcela asked “how big is the pool?” And when given the dimensions she quoted $550. No problem. The gentleman arrived, and began to fill. The pool is only less than 3 quarters filled when he starts packing up and tells me that he ran out of water. My husband contacts Marcela and asks her what is going on and she tells him that “it’s common sense that their truck only carries 6000 gallons and our pool takes 7000” so he will still need to pay the $550. He tells her that she did not ask him how many gallons it was, she asked the size of the pool and gave a quote. He asks her about the remaining 1000 gallons that our pool would take, and she says that if they come out she will double the price to $1000. Then she literally hangs up on him! She then calls him back and says that she will have someone come drain the water if he doesn’t pay - then threatened to go to court. He was fully prepared to have this war, however, I was not in the mood. I paid the gentleman the $550 and asked him for a receipt which he stated that they do not give receipts. Just bad business practices altogether.
