I paid $360 cash for carpet dyeing in two small areas from pet stains. THE STAINS LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AND THE CARPETS ARE WET ONE WEEK LATER. He used an old rotary scrubber and I did not see anything that looked like dye work. He just talked about his secret, patented cleaner which I think was all a fabrication (Proctor & Gamble would steal it?). He says he stands by his work but when I asked him to come back out for his "color correction" services or for a partial refund, he told me how to do it myself or to call COIT. He then texted "Over and out!" Weirdest carpet cleaning experience of my life. I would not recommend AT ALL. I am sick to be out all that money for NOTHING. I should have known that there was a problem when he told me on the phone $150 for each area, then texted it was $325, then showed up and asked for $400 cash. For 30 minutes of work. BEWARE and do not hire this man.

Don Peters was recommended by Home Advisor where he has an elite rating. I had pet stains from my dog having a UTI for one day only so they were fresh. Don Peters arrived at my home in a beat up vehicle with no professional equipment, just a hose, a brush and a bucket. I only saw this as he was leaving. He stated he had a shark tank patent pending application for his stain removal technique. He poured a yellow paint like substance onto my carpets,, it dreid to a conceret consistancy, ruining mcarpet. He charged $430 n cash for this and has threatened me when I complained to the BBB and the state attorney generals office. Stay away from this scam artsit.
