I had hope that my AC repair would go smoothly despite all the negative reviews I found for A1 Austin Appliance Repair and Terrance Drayton. Unfortunately all the negative review is true. Terrance Drayton was sent via Amazon Home Warranty as well. He just showed up to collect the service fee and left without returning again. During the week after he left, he made up many excuses about not receiving replacement part, people already on the way, dropped his phone on the ground... and eventually not answering calls. Same advice for everyone: Stay away from this company as well as Amazon Home warranty.

DO NOT request services from this company. Terrence Drayton took my money claiming he was going to order parts & never came back. HE IS A REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER. DO NOT ALLOW HIM IN YOUR HIUSE.

Avoid this service. Not reliable...doesn't return calls when they say they will, makes excuses for why they can't return when they say they will, etc etc. Has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, a 1 star rating on Yelp, etc etc.

The guy was very nice; he answered all of my questions about the part he needed to order for my fridge. It’s been several months now and my fridge is still running fine. Definitely recommend these guys.
