ABA has installed two AC units in two rental properties of ours. Two years ago, they installed a new system in one of the properties. This year, in July, the tenant advised that two of the rooms in the house were not getting cool air. After 4 visits to try to pin down the problem, one of their "senior" technicians crawled around in the attic and discovered that the large vent at the top of the stairs was not connected to the duct work! The duct work has been blowing cold air in the attic for 2 years. It was only since COVID-19 had both tenants working from home did they notice the house wasn't cooling during the day. After many phone calls to ABA to get a knowledgeable technician out to the house (their "senior" tech had no idea what the problem was), another tech used mastic to attach the duct work to the vent. But he didn't wait long enough to turn on the system and the ductwork blew off the vent! He returned that same day and repaired it and the tenants had to leave the air off for a few hours (in the heat of July in central Texas) to let the mastic fully dry. Then ABA had the audacity to hit our credit card on file for a "service charge" claiming they gave us a "discount" on materials (more mastic due to inept technician) for the final fix. Worst customer service...they don't follow through on promises of call backs, the owners refused our repeated requests to call us. The owners convey messages through their receptionist because they have NO customer service. So, we will contest the "service call" credit card charges, report them to the Greater Austin Better Business Bureau and copy this review on every similar social media site (Yelp, Google, Angies List, etc. ). Tell your friends. Tell your neighbors. Run away and save your money. They do not have competent technicians and possibly the worst customer service and attitudes ever.

This is my first time to use your business. I set up an appointment for repair between 8am and noon today. It is 4:10 and I am still waiting. I called at 12:10 after waiting with no call or communication from anyone. I was told there were still two calls ahead of me. I called again at 4 and was told the tech would call soon. The point is I had to initiate the communication all day. I am very disappointed so far with this business and I haven't even received the service I called for. It is unfortunate that you have so little regard for your customers that there is no communication at all when there is a delay and no respect for your customers time. I am generally very understanding but this is Very very disappointed at this time. Still no service at 4:24pm
