@ Mary E. I do apologize you feel this way but after further research we have confirmed with the warranty company that we went out through that we did not do the work. The call was transferred to another service company due to this customer making racial slurs to one of our technicians. You need to call your warranty company and get the correct information. I also do not have a background, anybody can background check me, i am as clean as a whistle, no felony, no convictions of any kind of behaviour. This is the reason why your service call was transferred out to another company. We will not allow this type of slander or behaviour with any of our employee's of the company.

This company doesn’t deserve even 1 star! Sent out by home warrenty company! Malcom the owner and repairman doesn’t know what he’s doing! He also very aggressive! I’m seriously questioning his background and if the warrenty company even did a background check on him! His behavior was quite concerning and frightening. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy!!

Total clown-show. I agree with BJ, if I could assign less than 1 star I would. The office manager in particular is unprofessional, rude and combative when asked questions she doesn't want to answer

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We used Gifted Hands through our warranty company because our washing machine was broken. August 27th- Service Requested August 30th- Appointed scheduled. Showed up, said since the washer was stacked they needed a second repairman. My husband offered to help, they said no and that we would need to reschedule. September 4th- Second appointment scheduled. Our flight home was cancelled, so we had to reschedule the visit. September 11th- Rescheduled appointment. Called to tell me they wrote it down for the next day, after my husband had already taken off work and they would need to reschedule for that Thursday. September 13th- Get a call from our warranty company saying that Gifted Hands after their second visit (which never happened) said they can't do anything until we move the washer and dryer ourselves, which was never explained to us. FINALLY got gifted hands on the phone and they said they would be out first thing, 8am Monday morning. September 17th- Husband and I both stay home from work so we can finally get this fixed. 8:20 rolls around and I leave a voicemail asking for the status. Get a call back and they said that we did not have an 8am appointment and in fact had the 4 hour wait window they just told them to come earlier. She said that they would give me a call back with an updated time. 2 hours later, nothing so my husband and I start calling just so we can get an update. They ignore all our calls. Next thing I know the warranty company calls us saying that gifted hands refuses to come to our house because they felt verbally threatened and feared for their safety. THEY DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE! Did I sound annoyed when I left voicemails? Yes, who wouldn't be after 3 weeks of this going on. Did I ever yell or curse at gifted hands? Not once! An absolute joke and horrible customer service- stay far away!
