Perfect Floors

They flaked out on my appointment for an estimate and don't seem to care about rescheduling. I'm a business owner and can't imagine treating customers this way.

Perfect Floors did an outstanding job for us. They came out on a Thursday and gave us a quote for our Master Shower and two tub surrounds. The price was fair so we gave them the green-light. The following Monday they started the job. They showed up every day on time at 8AM, worked to 6PM (or later) and cleaned up at the end of every day. I noticed one small issue (I am very particular) after the work was complete, and in turn, they sent out their "troubleshooting crew" and took care of the issue with no hesitations. Outstanding job all around. Will use again and refer friends and family.
