Stellar Maintenance

Well he did not complete the job and overcharged. When I asked him to come back and complete he said and I closely quote, " It's not worth it to comeback to complete" Further I disc the fee that I paid as it was more than I recalled and he argued about it and since he did nt comeback to complete the toilet instillation I had to stop payment of the check. Further he tightened the bolts so tight that he bent the washers and the toilet base fractured. This is known as I had a certified plumber come out to fix it as it was leaking. He also did not install a faucet properly nor had the right tools and supplies to complete the job. I ask for the base not to be placed on the faucet and said it could not be done but of course the plumber was able to do it. So yes I stopped payment but he also owes me $250.00 for the toilet and $24.00 for stop payment. I am strongly considering taking him to small claims court. ADDITIONALLY when I reported this to PORCH they said it was my problem and they would not help me with the matter. These are the reviews that I read and think surely it wasnt as bad as stated. Well, it was! STAY AWAY and dont think PORCH will back the people on they refer you to!
