Macauley used to be a great service provider; however, after spending 10's of thousands of dollars with them over the past few years... and having great technicians who were very responsive.... they have now grown too large, are completely broken in internal processes that interface with customers (me), have horrible accounting practices, have employees who have never seen your home and know your system, and have ZERO customer service (i.e. they do not have my phone number written down correctly now after all these years, explaining why they maintain non-existent customer service.)
