Adam said when he first attempted to make contact with you it took 8 phone calls before you could both here and talk to each other some kind reception issue fully connecting the conversation through the porch website. He said he was in route to your address and tried to call to give you a heads up but was unable to contact you he told me about the problem he was having on the site connecting with you. I logged on and attempted myself with the same results. We take customer complaints seriously upon investigating this matter I checked GPS records cross-referenced the time and his location that morning with our companies phone records. The technician was within a 5 minute arrival to the address provided when your phone number was dialed. We have fixed our connectivity issues with our customer base through Porch. Please forgive us as these issues were outside of our control.
