1 Day Bath of Texas

Stay away. We hired 1 Day Bath on March 2nd and they promised they would complete our kitchen renovation by May 1st (my wife was 30 weeks pregnant at the time). The job was never completed despite us making all payments in a prompt manner (~90K!). In fact on May 1st, our kitchen was entirely empty including concrete floors. The refrigerator was in the garage and the appliance, which we bought and were available on day 1, were still in their packages. We had to cook on a portable stove and cut vegetables in the bathroom for over a month while my wife was 30 weeks pregnant. We didn't event have a supervisor for most of the project because our assigned one quit the company 1 month in. He was never replaced. They came out to inspect what still needed to be done/fixed AUGUST 7th and promised to return in 3 weeks. They never did and the site supervisor stopped responding to my calls. That was the final straw. In addition, much of the work is not up to standard. For example, the flooring was installed completely wrong and we need to rip it out and replace. This time we'll get professionals to do it. We found the below a news article where KVUE (search KVUE 1 day bath) uncovered they scammed a 93-year-old WWII veteran out of $16K for a bathroom safety construction project. They eventually settled the case and paid 30K. In addition, they admitted to using fake reviews and stock photos (this is what it could look like lol) to trick customers.

I signed up to do a project with them and the financing didnt work out for me but they were helpful and work with me to fix my credit for 3-4 months and Im doing the project in about 2 months from now. No other company has ever done anything like that for me. Great great guys.

My mother was recently put into a nursing home and I was tasked with having to sell her house. The realtor suggested that we make a few upgrades since nothing has been done in over 40 years. Not wanting to spend a lot of money I found 1 Day Bath of Texas. They offered no-interest financing, which was great, because that way I could wait until the house sold to pay it off.

We moved into our house last year and the bathrooms were nice, but I really wanted one of those sleek showers with frameless doors. 1 day bath of Texas did the install perfectly, at a lower cost then their competitiors. Thanks Dave for the great work!
