CTC did a back covered back porch addition on our house. We had an existing deck, which had very old wood on it. They recoated it with Rustolium Deck Restore, which was a pretty elaborate process, and it came out great. Looks as good as new. They also covered our entire back porch, which is pretty large with multiple levels, and tied it into the house. When you look at it now it looks like it was built with the house. The covered addition has multiple roof angles, cedar posts and light and ceiling fans were installed as well. I was very impressed with their attention to detail, ensuring every little thing was done corretly and looked perfect. I would highly recomend CTC and David Hinson to anyone looking for construction or remodel work.

In January 2015 David Hinson built a 240 sq ft pool house for us. The construction was framing, Hardi board siding, pitched roof with 30 year shingles, and trimmed with rough sawn cedar on the underneath decking of the cabana portion. The building was professionally built using high grade materials and completed on time in spite of weather. The final cost was on-budget with no add-on costs.

PEDIGO ROOF OVER FLAT | Jun 2016 | CTC provided material and labor to Frame Hipped roof sections over existing flat roofs that had been damaged in the recent hail storm. These roofs had previously been a constant leaker and the customer wanted a permanent solution to the problem. This was a large job. Having no drawing to go by and the fact that we are building these on a forty yr old home that has settled substantially added to the difficulty. But the challenge was no match for the experience and skills at CTC as the roof sections turned out Beautify. Facia and sofet lines strait and clean, just the way we had visualized it, as if they had always been there. This is always are goal at CTC to make all of our additions look as if they had been there all along. | $35k | San Antonio, TX
Bergdolt Patio cover | Jun 2013 | Add 18' x 47' Patio cover to match architecture of existing home to provide shade from the hot Texas sun. Demo and removal of some deck areas were required to provide proper concrete foundations. 6" x 6" cedar posts provide adequate support for the structure and a classic rustic look. Removal of existing hand railing and the extension of the step down patio area added a new sitting area. Finished off with Rustolium Deck Restore coating to the existing and new deck to give a brand new look and a life extension of up to 20 years. | $27k | Adkins, TX
