We hired Dan Russell and his son to build a laundry room and complete other tasks from our inspection report. They also installed floors. Initially, they did a good job on the floors but then they became flakey. They called in sick two days in a row, then didn't show up again when they said they would. The next week, they called in again and my husband spoke to Dan. He said they would get the work done and we though everything was okay. They came back the next day and did a rushed, sloppy job on the laundry room. They were supposed to come back over the weekend and then cancelled again. I sent a very long email outlining what needed to be done after he asked for a final chance. I came home today and they had removed their possessions and left a key without saying a word. These guys are EXTREMELY unprofessional, immature, unreliable, and do sloppy work. DO NOT HIRE THEM and save yourself from the grief we are now having to deal with.
