This is what the inspection said regarding the deck and steps UltraLux built."The construction of the decks is somewhat poor quality (no lag bolts in ledger board, incorrectly utilized hangers, poor post support, etc." Improvements recommended. They also mentioned the steps built on the front of the house. They looked like they were made from scraps and there is a concrete block at the bottom that is to big and unsightly for the size of steps (also mentioned by the inspector). There was a large unexpected increase in the cost of materials during the project. Renters were not happy they did not clean up each day. They did not fix the rotted boards in the original deck as requested. They were also hired to clean the roof and gutters. The inspector said the gutters needed to be cleaned. The inspection was done about 2 months after project

Vladimir took on a less than perfect project that provided me with additional storage space under my home. He had to hand pack all the materials down a slope to construct the concrete and walls for the project. He is definitely a hard worker. The finished project met my expectations and I can't wait to move my tools into the new space.
