Lansky Roofing

We noticed some water spots in our garage ceiling. There are no water lines in this area. I had a look and couldn't see anything immediate. I contacted Lansky Roofing and Prian responded. We set a time and upon his visit, Prian noted some indications in the attic space above the garage of a roof leak. It ended up being a shingle that was missing on the roof which exposed nail heads for rain water to travel around and into the attic space. There was one additional shingle that was missing. Prior to the work, Prian asked several questions about the roof to get a clear picture of potential issues. In addition to the quick repair, he looked at the entire roof. He is knowledgeable and thorough...represented the company well.

We had a leak in out roof over the garage. Called Lansky and Prain came out to access the damage. He felt that we had enough wind damage that we had an insurance claim. He came and worked with the adjuster and we did get a new Roof. They found some additional damage around the fireplace and Prain and his team fixed the damage at no additional cost. It was a great experience working with Lansky and Prain. Very Professional, I highly recommend them.
