Perea Electric and Maintenance has been our go to company for fencing and various home repairs. They have a full service maintenance philosophy, removing the items being repaired and cleaning up after the work is finished. We rely on Perea Electric and Maintenance to do the job right and follow-up if for some reason you're not.

Porch.com review for Mario Perea February 2016 I have known Mario for more than 15 years. He has become the #1 go-to man that I call for any reason regarding my home. It is such a comfort knowing that when he does a job for me, it will be done right. He also has given me advice on replacing the filter for the heater/AC unit on a regular basis, as well as advice on other things. Some of the tasks that he has done in my home over the years: Installed 5 different ceiling fans, over the years, (even one where there was no box or outlet to begin with, and a vaulted ceiling); Fixed leaks and replaced kitchen facet; Fixed leaks and replaced bathroom facet; Hung new towel bar; Installed new outdoor electrical plug, and light fixtures in my outdoor shed; Repaired leak under the shower in the master bathroom, which had leaked water throughout the carpet in the bedroom (and setting up fans to dry the carpet out); Worked on the plumbing, repairing a leak in the wall going to the shower of the master bathroom; Repaired, and then later replaced the toilets in 2 bathrooms; Installed GloryStar satellite dish on the roof for TV programs; Did a major cleanup of the yard and lawns a couple times, when I was in a pinch; I would highly recommend Mario Perea for any job having to do with electrical, plumbing, yard work, or any other home repair.
