Alexandria Floor Replacement

Removed 1800 square feet of hardwood floor, removed 1800 square feet of dry rotted subfloor. Replaced the subfloor, replaced hardwood floors, and refinished them. Also removed two showers built in the 1930s, repaired all dry rot damage, rebuilt showers, tiled them, replaced plumbing, installed glass shower doors on both.

Removed and replaced countertops in bathrooms with marble. Replaced the toilets, replaced the sinks and faucets, and painted the bathrooms, added new lighting. Replaced and reducted fans to go out through the roof.

Alexandria Residential Home Remodel

Removed brick veneer from the outside of the home. Poured concrete slab, built a butler's pantry, remodeled the bathroom, remodeled the kitchen, framed and trimmed the two openings with cypress beams, built cabinets for pantry, and built a piece of furniture for the new dining room. Added lighting and glass doors. Added under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. 1x6 cypress on ceiling of the dining room. Cypress crown molding around entire dining room. Removed old floor tile and replaced 1200 square feet with new floor tile.

Alexandria Bathroom Replacement

Demolished a bathroom, reconfigured it, cut concrete to move the location of the toilet and shower. Rearranged to accommodate a jetted tub. Tiled the floor, tiled the walls up 4 feet, tiled shower, tiled deck and skirt underneath tub, and replaced all plumbing, replaced all wiring, installed new can lights and new bathroom fan, and installed pedestal sink.

Alexandria Outdoor Kitchen New Construction

Built and outdoor kitchen with a 24 by 75 foot covered deck with a stone fireplace at one end with a wraparound hearth, and an enclosed outside kitchen at the other end with a grill, sink, refrigerator, under-counter ice maker, circular counter top with an elevated bar. Two flat-screen televisions were also installed and recessed into the wall. French doors built for the entryway and fully operational awnings on two sides to close for security purposes.
