RMF FENCE AND DECK SOLTUTIONS

You would be absolutely crazy to hire this man. He should be embarrassed by his work. We have been waiting for him to fix this mess of a fence he installed in our yard two years ago. We waited all day today for him to show.....no surprise no show. So after two years of waiting for him to fix this fence we are done. Our next step is have this fenced fixed on our own with a reputable company and take him to court. I will never ever recommend this guy to anyone looking to have a fence installed. The bitterness of poor quality lasts much longer than the sweetness of low price.

I decided to hire Ryan to replace my fence in the winter 2016. It was too late to install the fence before the snow and frozen ground but he did put the order in. About 6 months later in the spring he started working on my fence replacement. He took down my old fence and started installing the new fence. That's when I realized it was the wrong fence. The wrong fence that was ordered was his fault, not mine. I was pretty annoyed that he had the fence sitting in his possession for 6 months and couldn't bother to verify the product ordered. He did remediate the situation eventually though. Ryan also ordered and installed the wrong locks for my fence. After I contacted him about this, he said he ordered the correct ones and would replace them but never did. I paid him for his work but never heard from him again. The price was fair, his communication is terrible, his attention to detail is lacking and I do not trust the guy.
