  | Lanyard Ct. | Jan 2016 | This was a home that had been smoked in heavily for many years. All walls, ceilings, woodwork, etc. needed to be thoroughly cleaned using a TSP solution and then rinsed. Ceiling fans and vinyl windows were also cleaned. The cleaning was a major part of this project, followed by priming all surfaces to lock out any remaining smoke odor and create a good painting surface, followed by two coats of finish paint, in this case Sherwin Williams interior Super Paint Matte finish with trim Pro Classic acrylic interior semi-gloss. Stairwell to basement had wallpaper to remove and walls were then primed and skim coated prior to finish painting. Kitchen cabinets were cleaned, primed and painted and hardware replaced. | $6k | Kirkwood, MO |
