Washington Village Exposed Brick Wall | Jan 2012 | Client requested an exposed brick wall in Master Bedroom Suite. Project required removal of existing wall, plaster and repairing of brick. After installing insulation, wall was framed, painted base molding installed. | $6k | Baltimore, MD
Gwynn Oak Home and Office Remodel | Jan 2011 | Client requested we refinish all interior walls, paint the interior rooms, remodel the bathroom and create a craft room in an old unused attic space. We also refinished a family heirloom, an historic wooden cherry stand, which was previously owned by the client's now deceased Grandmother. The attic was framed to be an office/craft room and is now her favorite space in the home. | $28k | Baltimore, MD
Urban Spa Bathroom Suite | Jan 2010 | The client's original bathroom was too small and had oversized features that made the most basic movements cumbersome. There were three main requests: create more visual space, enlarge the shower and make the room brighter. In addition, the client wanted to use the room as a steam room, so having a bench was imperative. We used part of a hallway coat closet to add more space to the bathroom and redesigned a smaller more functional closet and bathroom entry. In the renovation process, it helps to have a creative view and remain flexible. ASPIREhomes likes to engage the client and our design team during process to ensure that the end results exceed expectations and meet the budget requirements. | $18k | Baltimore, MD
Ashburton Stairwell Hardwood Flooring | Jan 2009 | We removed the existing carpet, modified each stair tread and installed hardwood flooring on 4 flights of stairs and the hallways. | $8k | Baltimore, MD

All phases of the project are not shown in the project images. | $62k | Baltimore, MD
Bolton Hill Urban Master Bathroom Suite | Jan 2006 | Client requested an enlarged and more elegant master bathroom. We custom designed the bathroom shower and dual sink counter (not shown). Bolton Hill Urban Historic District | Jan 2005 | Designed and built several projects at a historic residential home located in Bolton Hill, Baltimore, MD. The project included installing new plumbing, building a new garage, rear deck and fence, remodeling two kitchens, building a roof deck and a third floor wet bar. The Langston | Jan 2004 | In 2005, we assembled a design team to create a prototype urban family home in one of West Baltimore's 3-story vacant shells. West Baltimore is home of America's most significant Black Civil-Rights heritage community, which is currently plagued by blighted homes. We chose a shell in Historic Reservoir Hill which had been vacant for 35 years. Our goals for The Langston, as a model for adaptive reuse, are to incentivize families to return to West Baltimore neighborhoods and create diverse urban housing options in 21st Century mixed-income communities, engage in youth development by being proximate to those in most need, promote creativity through cultural literacy and revitalize historic preservation in West Baltimore. We endeavor to revitalize the tradition of strong African-American communities in Historic West Baltimore and beyond. We are urban home builders presenting our flagship model home, The Langston as a basis of design for today’s contemporary urban Black family community. | 0 | Baltimore, MD |
