Dear Mr. Stanley, I am writing to you to convey how very pleased I am with the recent completion of my basement. In addition to the final product, I am delighted with the process and people involved from beginning to end. Your project manager, Moe Esposito, consistently put me at ease, whenever I had a question or concern. It was apparent he knew the plans well, and has superior technical knowledge. A special thanks, to Senior Carpenter, William Ruth, for building such a nice bar and etc, and also, Bob Belschner. I give thanks to the painters, Steve Davis, Joe, and Bob for the lovely paint job. Please, give my thanks to Roy Brockmeyer and his team for installing the wonderful floor. Your entire team did an outstanding job installing my basement. All staff employed by your organization was polite, highly experienced, efficient, and motivated in their work. They did the basement as if it were their own. Paul, I wanted to take the time to formally thank you for all that you and Building Contractors of Maryland have done for my family. It all started back in May as we had listed our house for sale. Luckily it went under contract after just one day. However, after the contract was signed we had a disastrous sewer line backup in our basement. The carpet, drywall, baseboards, closet doors, and more were all ruined. Through the recommendation of ServePro we reached out to BCOM to repair and replace all of the damage. We had an extremely tight deadline to get everything completed before settlement day and needed just the right company to do it. BCOM proved to be perfectly suited for the job. They already had a close relationship with ServePro as well as the insurance adjuster which allowed for the work to move forward quickly and efficiently. BCOM finished all the work prior to the settlement date and at a very high quality. We couldn't have been more pleased. Little did we know that we would be reaching out to BCOM again very shortly. After settling on the new house we discovered that there was a major cat urine issue throughout the house. It's difficult to describe how bad it was in words but there was cat urine everywhere and the smell was terrible. We quickly realized that some major work needed to be done and had several contractors out to provide estimates. Once again, it was clear that BCOM was the best for the job. One of the great selling points for choosing BCOM was the transparent and straightforward estimate provided. It was easy to see exactly what each line item was costing and add and remove items in order to fit our project needs. We once again put a tight deadline on BCOM as we were expecting our third child in about a month and half and couldn't move in until the work was complete. BCOM got right to work and did an amazing job. The guys on the job site were great. Will, John and Steve were courteous, thoughtful and good at what they did. Will especially took the time to make sure we were happy with the work and even made some great suggestions we wouldn't have thought of. BCOM completed all the work as promised, and did it well. And more importantly perhaps, finished it up before the baby came! Paul, I want to send an extra thank you to you as well. You were great to work with and I really appreciate all the time you committed to helping us through this process. It was great how available you were to reach, whether through text, email, or phone. You helped made this difficult experience for us as smooth as could be. There is no doubt in my mind that the next time we ever need any work done to our house or if any of our friends and family ask, we will enthusiastically recommend Building Contractors of Maryland.
