I would give this company zero stars if I could. He canceled on me at the last minute saying he wanted to hang out with his friends, which I thought was very unprofessional. Rescheduled for the next day. Texted me at 5:03AM the next day canceling again (for a 9:30AM appointment), saying he forgot he had a prior obligation. Kept insisting that I pay a deposit with cash when I told him I preferred to use my credit card. Finally accepted my credit card payment. After the second cancelation (two last minute cancelations in a row), didn't respond to my attempts to reschedule. Meanwhile, kept sending me messages (daily) through CashApp claiming I hadn't paid a deposit even though I had. I finally informed him I would like my deposit refunded. He claimed I hadn't paid a deposit. When I sent him a photo of my credit card statement with the charge, he accused me of printing it myself. I finally sent him the receipt and told him to stop harassing me and he said he'd refund my deposit, but didn't. I finally just blocked him. Unreliable, unresponsive, incredibly unprofessional. I wouldn't trust this man anywhere near my home.

Great! Excellent job!... Mark installed security doors at my home and my wife love them. Looking for having him back to do future work!
