I've a "contract" with Supreme Air. For $200, part of that contract is free seasonal tune-ups and discounts on any needed parts. Sounds pretty good - except in my case - these guys don't show up. An appointment is made; I hang around waiting for someone to show during the designated window of time; and invariably, they either don't show at all or someone calls at the last minute to change the time of the appointment - after I've worked my schedule around the agreed upon window of time. UNRELIABLE.
