Do not use this company!! My mother spent ~$30K in repairs and remodeling work for a home that was a rental income property. We paid Myron and his team to complete the work in anticipation that it would be handled in a timely manner. Not only did his team take their time in doing the work blaming rain for reasons why his workers couldn't appear for work to do indoor repairs; but the scope of work was not completed as agreed. Myron insisted timely payments but could not complete the work in a timely fashion as promised which delayed the time for us to list the home for rent/sale. After nearly completing the job, my mother paid Myron in full before scheduling the final walk through. He was pushy in receiving payments yet did not provide quality work. He failed to complete the scope of agreement. He at first added insulation to the front door to later find out we could not open the door because the insulation was placed in too thick. When addressing this issue he agreed to go back and fix this. My mother later discovered that the insulation was completely removed. Since he was given full payment for the work completed I feel he was unwilling to complete the work. He stated to my mother that he was not willing to go back and fix the door and blamed her for "being negligent for the condition of the home during the winter". My mother had to then pay another contractor to complete the work that Myron and his team was paid to do. Not only were we disappointed in that the work was not completed; but he was unprofessional and rude in the way he spoke to my elderly mother. I would never recommend using this group as they were distasteful in how they conduct business and operate. The Better Business Bureau should also be made aware of this company so that no one else is treated in this manner.
