My business partner and I started up in Feb of 2016. However, my business partner decided school had become priority one. We were off to a very aggressive and productive start. I thought I could go it alone, nonetheless, his leaving too a toll. I shut the business down. However, I kept getting calls from customers, and June of 2018 I had taken the last call. So by request of some valued customers I opened the business back up, and business has been good. We have partnered with Lending Club, a loan servicing institution, we are providing loans, property maintenance and highly requested Property Management and Tenant Services to our investors.
