The sales representative, Ryan Taylor, met with us about remodeling a room in the lower level of our home. It was a pleasure meeting him. We explained our needs. After thoroughly evaluating the room, we were pleasantly surprised at the estimated costs he gave us to remove and replace the ceiling of that room, repair any settlement cracks, paint the ceiling, walls, doors, baseboards and window trims (excluding any unforeseen problems with in the ceiling which was not visible on inspection by Ryan). We had previously engaged several other companies for estimates for the same work. The other companies' estimates were extremely outlandish compared to what Perfect Painters presented to us. We obtained perfect painters as a possible prospect from Angie's list and Home Advisors. However, we also did a reference check with the Better Business Bureau of Baltimore. When Ryan arrived, we informed him that we also checked with the Better Business Bureau of Baltimore and their references were positive for his company. Ryan was an excellent sales representative. He explained everything that Perfect Painters would be doing, how long the work would take before completion, the amount of workmen to expect and what time they would arrive. Ryan put this all in writing along with the estimate. The night before the work crew came we received a phone call from the owner, Michael. He introduced himself, again reviewed the work that was to be done, when to expect the workman and gave us his cell phone number in case there were any issues or concerns. That was a personal touch that can't be ignored. Everything that both Ryan and Michael said came to fruition. Renee and the work crew came on time within the designated period. They were very magnificent, so friendly and greeted us with a smile, looking refreshed and ready to work. They were efficient, worked as a team and at times worked so quiet we weren't even sure they were here. When the work was completed, the room looked like a brand-new room. It was beautiful... and the crew men were able to complete everything in one day! Based on the completed product, we have engaged Perfect Painters for our next project. I would highly recommend this company "Perfect Painters" as a reputable, reasonable and reliable company for all the services they offer which exceeds just painting. Mike was very professional and polite, he give us a great price and he worked within our budget. And the guys came out and did a really great job. This company is really professional and easy to work with! Thanks again Mike.

We had a corner fireplace taken out of our kitchen and the room squared off. Mike and his team did a great job. We also had our mail floor repainted and his crew did a great on that job also. He made sure any flaws in the drywall were fixed and filled in any extra holes that we did not need anymore. His teams were professional and courteous. I would recommended him to any friends and family.
