I spoke to Mark and Wes and they were very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My type of water heater needed to be worked on by a specialty firm. They took the time to go to the property and give me references for companies that could help me with my situation. I will be using LJ Butler for any plumbing issues that arrive in any of my properties in the future
