| Guilford Copper Standing Seam Roof | May 2013 | This project included the complete restoration of the homes front portico entrance. It was just one section of a much larger restoration of the home's exterior. The original front portico roof was a standing seam tin roof which was later covered with a poorly installed white membrane. There were massive amounts of rot to the wood structure which required it to be nearly rebuilt prior to any re-roofing. By using long lasting materials (20oz copper in lieu of the original galvanized steel), the life cycle cost of the project was extended significantly. | $63k | Baltimore, MD |
