40 gal gas water heater tall
Need to replace gas water heater (due to age - no visible problems). Exploring costs/timeline. Will need to have someone out to take the door off the cabinet in basement where current water heater is located because I have been told water heaters are bigger now and the recommended heater (I had an estimate done 1.5 years ago) would not fit unless door is removed. This is why timing is flexible; I will need to have a handyman out to do that prep work then water heater can be installed then handyman will come back and reinstall door. Note
Replace existing 40 gallon natural gas hot water heater. Update plumbing and gas connections and vent connector.
