Our two week job stretched into three months, and we made the mistake of paying for the job in full prior to completion. We had to ask at least 10 times for Cody and his crew to come back and finish the job. Also, he refuses to provide receipts for the materials that we paid for. I researched the cost of the materials that were used in our remodel and they were FAR less than Cody claimed in the spreadsheets that he sent to us. I have asked repeatedly for the receipts, but he made excuses each time about why he was delayed in providing them. Now, he refuses, saying the receipts do not belong to us. You can’t trust him. I will also tell you that the shower he installed leaks water onto the floor every time we use it. The paint job in the master bath was VERY poorly done. In addition, he installed several caps on on our deck crooked and failed to install covers where posts met the railing, leaving exposed cracks. In fact, Some of the caps were not clued on. Our five year old grandson nearly fell down the deck stairs because a cap came loose when he grabbed it. We paid Cody more than $23K, yet he doesn’t like to hear critiques from paying customers. Really disappointed in this company and in Cody personally. One more thing…their cleanup was poor as well. We picked up countless screws and nails in our yard.
