Paint ME

I hired William Perry of Paint ME for weekly cleaning of cabin rental in Maine and also misc handyman work to be completed in the fall. I paid Mr. Perry in advance because he cleverly offered a 25% discount if paid in advance. Unfortunately, after paying Mr. Perry in full and agreeing together on what would be cleaned each week, being out of state I relied on him to clean these items. After several cleanings I determined I better actually see for myself the work I hired Mr. Perry to do... When I arrived in early AM, Mr. Perry had sent someone else to do the cleaning and that person had already left. None of the items we agreed to be cleaned (i.e. outside grill, shower; sink, floors washed, etc) were never touched and it was obvious that they had not been for a while. I quickly determined that Mr. Perry was not doing the work as agreed and paid for so I ask him to return the money for the work not yet done and he agreed to refund my $750.00 after 30 days. After waiting 25 days, I called to make sure that he would refund my money as promised and his phone was disconnected and his website was down. He has not returned the $750 for the scheduled out work he never did. Please beware before hiring Mr. Perry of Paint ME to do your work.
