0 stars! Lousy company. We made an appointment and they never showed up. We called back and we’re told that they don’t give an appointment date, just an acknowledgment of a service order. What???!!??? I was given a date and time. We made a second appointment and received a call and voicemail the day before to confirm. I called back and no one answered so I left a message confirming the appointment. Once again, no one showed up. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Waste of time, unprofessional, and a waste of a warranty.

Would give negative stars if I could. Worst company - very poor customer service. Warranty company assign him to fix heat. Took 4 days to get them to come out, only because I called multiple times. Ordered part, determine that one part was not ordered once the first part arrived. In 7 days didn’t do anything to get the other part until I called. Very rude, said was too busy, rejected my calls and placed blame on the warranty company. I contacted warranty company and they called multiple time with no response. Finally part was ordered but not arriving for over two weeks. Currently no heat for 4 weeks and am supposed to wait another 2 weeks. Finally my warranty company gave me another option to get it fixed, so I’m on a mission to get it fixed on my own. Which I am sure will be faster than what I have had to wait so far and without the horrible customer service. Stay far away from this company. Reading through the reviews my experience is much like others. If you warranty company assigns them to your work order request someone else if you want it fixed timely or you will have to do all the work yourself to get it fixed. Definitely don’t ever chose to use this company on your own. Never before have I had such a horrible experience, such a headache and waste of my time

I would give no stars if that was an option!!! Chase is unprofessional to say the least. He was sent to my house by my warranty company on friday only to have him diagnose the problem as the oil pump on my furnace. Left and said he had to get a pump, called and said pump was out of stock until Monday (even though we called another supply house who had one for same price nearby, he refused to come back until monday. My husband took off work to be home monday for Chase to come back and then he wouldnt return our calls, so we called the warranty company and they called him and he told them he wasnt coming back out to fix it today.... What a waste of time!

Terrible company. They came to fix our Refrigerator through a home warranty company and destroyed the refrigerator. The person they sent was completely unprofessional and incompetant. The home warranty sent Sears repair after CJA left and they told us he literally ripped the ice maker out of our fridge rendering the refrigerator unrepairable. The home warranty paid us a fraction of what the refrigerator cost to replace and told us we would have to get the remaining money from CJA since they were at fault. The owner of CJA assured us he was insured and would pay, that was three months ago and he continues to avoid our calls. I assume he is not insured as any reputable insurance company would have settled with us already. We are currently in the process of suing CJA. Stay away from this company!
