I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. Jerry is the owner of the company that contracts out to other people. I had to ask 4 different times to fix the mistakes. Nails were sticking out that could have cut my toddler. Boards were cracking apart. Panels of fence were not even secured to the 4x4’s. Jerry did not even inspect the work being done but was quick to hand me the invoice. Every time they so called fixed the issues I had to go over things again because boards were popping back out and not stable. Things were not even nailed in. Panels were again not secure. When I had to talk with him he told me that this was the type Of fence I paid for. I stated no I paid $4500 which is paid well and I expected the job to be done well. I am a mother and I had no idea that wanting my child to have a secure backyard was going to be so hard. After 4 attempts there still is a whole panel that is not screwed into the 4x4 and a board that is popping out of the one gate that I will have to fix myself. This was the worst experience of my life.
