Build One Inc .

I would leave a ZERO star rating if it was possible. We purchased a home in the Croman's Crossing neighborhood that was built by Build One, Inc (Mark Hurst) at the beginning of 2018. We reached out to Mark Hurst CONSTANTLY. The master bathroom toilet and a crack in it, that we noticed right after moving in, we reached out to him and they did nothing so we repaired it ourselves. We've also had to have our AC fixed TWICE since moving in, the first fix was done by the builder, and the second fix we had to get done properly out of our own pocket. Several months after moving in most of our doors would no longer close properly, and at the beginning of this year we've noticed several cracks in our foundation and cracks taking place on the walls inside our home. This home isn't even two years old yet. Mark came out ONCE to look at the crack and has since stopped all communications. My husband repeatedly texted him on the matter, sending texts LITERALLY every day, and Mark hasn't acknowledged any of them. We will now begin seeking legal action. However, for anyone in the market of purchasing a home, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HOMES BUILT BY BUILD ONE INC, OR MARK HURST. You will have a multitude a problems and he won't be there to fix it.
