Terrible service. From the extremely rude front desk receptionist to the work they complete. Used them 1 time to winterize our system and they broke one of the zone's in our sprinkler system. We asked if they could simply come look at it to see what the problem was since it was working prior to them winterizing it and they refused, stating that they were going to charge us $95 for a service call. Do not use. Other competitors charge less and have superior customer service.

Regrettably, we are unable to help everyone with all of their problems.
Mr Riley has an old, poorly installed, poorly maintained system with several issues.
We only serviced Kris Riley’s system one time a year ago, no service at all this season, & not until we refused to service his system and refused to be maligned by him any longer did he retaliate with slanderous & disingenuous reviews online… a full year later.
We have never in 16 years had a negative review. Never.
We hope Mr Riley finds the help he needs.
