I had too many power outages and needed a solution. I heard about generators but had no idea where to start; not how they work, what size I’d need, and especially what they cost. I called Shayn and he spent 45 minutes answering all my questions; explaining the size differences, what they can do and the price ranges. I knew immediately that someone who would take that much time out of their own schedule to be sure I understood my options, and explained the time frame and details of the job and said “call me with any questions”. I already knew he was who I wanted to do the job. Once completed, he took the time to go through the operation of the generator and how it works; and when the power went out the first time and I forgot….I called him and he walked me through it again with no problem. It’s nice to know there are contractors out there who still truly care about their work and the people they work for; and that they are there for you, even when the work is complete and they are already paid.
