This Unit was flooded with Cat 3 Sewage from an overflowed Toilet on the 2nd floor. After Serve Pro completed clean up, mold remediation and removal of all effected areas, Happy Handyman Services went in and rebuilt the Kitchen and Bathroom. The actual price stated above included all materials to complete this job. The scope of work included replacing Drywall on 4 walls and the kitchen ceiling, designing a more functional kitchen set up and installing cabinets in the kitchen, Building a separation walI, removing and replacing some floor tile, Installing tile backsplash in kitchen, installing all new plumbing for 2 sinks and the dishwasher, Installing Countertops, Installing Bathroom Vanity, Install new light fixtures, Installed new door frames and doors, painting the complete unit, Carpet Install, Vinyl Install. There was water leaking out of the valve for some time. The Resident did not notice for a few months. This created problem with the drywall therefore we repaired the leaking valve, sprayed mold control chemicals and replaced the damaged drywall.

The tile was popping up and tenting throughout the middle of the floor. We removed the lifting tiles, cleaned the bottom of the tiles, cleaned the area of the floor that needed replacement tiles and installed the same tile. We could only do this because we had several tiles that were lifting but were not damaged and because this was an apartment complex they had a few matching tiles.

This was a 53 year old building in and apartment complex and the Tile was falling off the shower wall in the Bathroom. We removed any lifting tiles and replaced with new drywall backing and ceramic tiles to match the existing tile and removed old caulking and re-caulked the entire tub.

This was a Natural Stone Tile Backsplash installation. Customer wanted angle cuts at the corners to meet and create a sharp corner. We had to get a little creative with this job. Because the stones were uneven we had to create the illusion that they met up to a sharp edge. Customer was very happy with the finished product.

This was also a 53 year old building an apartment community. The existing tile was starting to pop up and tent in the middle of the floor. We removed the tile and any mortar left on the surface of the floor and the removed tiles. We then put new tile in its place using some of the of the tiles were removed so it would batch the existing tile. You can only do this if the tile is not broken or cracked otherwise we would have to purchase tile and create a decorative pattern to match the existing tile hence saving the homeowner money on not having to remove the entire floor and retile completely.
